Admissions Process

ScenicView Academy typically enrolls new students 2x/term. Due to the number of applicants the admissions process timeline varies.

Winter Term

Initial Contact & Screening

  2. Submit our online Admissions Inquiry Form and our Admissions Coordinator will be in touch to schedule a time to connect.

Campus Tour & Info Gathering

  1. If a tour is approved the Admissions Coordinator will schedule a tour of our campus where you will learn more about our program

  2. Psychological and Academic Evaluations will be requested and all information will be compiled and given to the Admissions Committee for approval of an overnight visit where the potential student will come to our campus for a couple days and experience our program

  3. Pay the application fee and fill out the TADs application

    • The application fee covers the financial application through TADs, the overnight visit and admissions processing

    • To qualify for reduced tuition, complete the TADS financial aid application

    • ​Once the financial aid application has been completed a meeting will be scheduled and tuition amounts will be finalized​​

  4. Once the application fee is paid the overnight visit will be scheduled

  5. Once the overnight visit is completed we will gather all feedback and the Admissions Committee will determine next steps

  6. Once program fit has been determined, the potential student will be added to the waitlist for our next available intake date based on program capacity.

Acceptance & Enrollment

When a potential student is formally accepted:

  1. Enrollment date set

  2. Tuition agreement is signed

  3. Acceptance letter is sent

  4. Enrollment paperwork is completed
