Diana began working at ScenicView in 2004, one month prior to receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University in the Social Sciences. At that time she had plans to continue on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Social Work, but, recognizing the unique program ScenicView offered, decided she wanted to continue to be part of carrying its mission forward. She looks back on that decision with no regrets and with continued gratitude for the many opportunities she’s had to support students in working toward their individual potential.
Diana became a licensed Social Service Worker in 2006. She has held a variety of positions within the organization and appreciates the learning each new opportunity brought with it. Being the Service Coordination Manager is especially exciting as she gets to oversee student plans and progress through programming and assist Service Coordinators in providing the best support possible for students to make the changes and growth necessary to reach their best outcome.
Outside of work, Diana enjoys home decorating and home improvement and always has a project in mind. She attributes her determined work ethic and persistence to her rural Northern Wisconsin upbringing and enjoys taking trips “home” to connect with her roots. Diana likes to find simple ways for her family to make the most of their time together, including neighborhood bike rides, picnics, crafting, baking, and backyard barbeques and fire pits.
