Ana is a dedicated professional from Mexico City with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University Del Valle de México.She also pursued two years of Philosophy studies at (UNAM), exploring fundamental questions of existence, knowledge, and ethics, with a particular focus on ancient Greek philosophy.

Her career began at Toyota, where she immersed herself in the Lean Production System, mastering techniques like just-in-time management, Kaizen, and the power of teamwork and employee empowerment. These principles have shaped her approach to operational excellence and problem-solving.

Ana then spent 12 years at Nestlé in Utah within the quality department. There, she applied Toyota Production System (TPM & 5s System) principles to drive continuous improvement and quality management. She also honed her skills in data analysis and statistics, becoming proficient in Excel to make data-informed decisions.

Combining her professional experience with her personal understanding as the mother of an autistic child, Ana has over 10 years of experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. She excels at interpreting non-verbal communication, de-escalating frustration, and fostering calm, compassionate environments. She works with a diverse group of students, advocating for their academics (legally aware of civil rights and EIP), social, and emotional growth while ensuring their safety and nurturing their potential.
