​​As a life-long autistic person, Josh has faced and survived a wide variety of life experiences necessitating strong independence skills. After a decade of IT administration, he was attracted to the unique change of pace ScenicView Academy offered, where he could help make a difference in the lives of people like himself by teaching skills he had learned the hard way. He brings a logical approach to teaching combined with the powerful background of an autistic special interest in fine-dining cooking; this allows him to connect well with ScenicView's student population as well as distill cooking knowledge down to its bare essence. 

Josh is tired of hot weather and personally resents the sun. He loves hanging out in mountain landscapes and dabbling in coastal cuisine. Josh is also a voracious consumer of podcasts and an avid collector of calories.
